Ingredients: 🌰 1 cup of raw almonds, soaked in water overnight 💧 3 to 4 cups of water 🧂 A pinch of salt 🍬 1 Medjool date, pitted (optional, for some sweetness) 👩‍🍳Instructions: 1. Soak the almonds in water overnight. The next morning, drain and rinse them well. 2. Add the soaked almonds, 3 or 4 cups of fresh water, a pinch of salt, and the date (if using) to a blender. Blend on high speed for at least 3 minutes. 3. Using a clean cloth or nut milk bag, strain the mixture into a bowl, squeezing out all the liquid. 4. Transfer the almond milk to a sealed container and store it in the fridge. It holds 4 to 5 days there! To avoid waste, the almond pulp left in the cloth to make cookies with the remaining ingredients shown in the video. Bake at 180°C, for 20 minutes or until golden. Finish by dipping in dark chocolate. 🇵🇹 Leite de amêndoa 🥛✨🌱🤤 Acessível, sem ingredientes estranhos e incrivelmente delicioso!!! Ingredientes: 🌰 1 chávena de amêndoas cruas, demolhadas durante a noite 💧 3 a 4 chávenas de água 🧂 1 pitada de sal 🍬 1 tâmara Medjool, sem caroço (opcional) 🧑‍🍳 Instruções: 1. Demolha as amêndoas durante a noite. Na manhã seguinte, escorre e passa bem por água. 2. Coloca as amêndoas demolhadas, a água fresca, o sal e a tâmara (se usares) num liquidificador. Tritura em velocidade alta durante cerca de 3 minutos. 3. Coa a mistura com um pano limpo ou saco para leite vegetal, espremendo bem para retirar todo o líquido. 4. Transfere o leite de amêndoa para um recipiente fechado e guarda no frigorífico até 4–5 dias. Para evitar desperdícios, usa a polpa de amêndoa que sobra no pano para fazer bolachas com os restantes ingredientes mostrados no vídeo. Leva ao forno a 180°C durante 20 minutos, ou até dourarem. Finaliza mergulhando em chocolate negro.
