THE BEST Potato Salad😫😫😋😋 this is honestly the best way to make potato salad🌱🌱 This is a bit of Japanese version of potato salad!!! Ingredient: 2 potatoes 4 soft-boiled eggs (one is topping) Half cucumber Bacon (Dressing) 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt 2 tbsp of mayonnaise 1 tbsp of mustard 2 tbsp of milk Black pepper 1. Soften potatoes Wrap potatoes with plastic wrap and microwave at 600w for 4-6 minutes Using kitchen paper, remove the skin of potatoes 2. Make soft boiled eggs In a pot, Add water enough to cover 4 eggs completely Bring to a boil Carefully add eggs in a pot and cook for 6 minutes Take them out to the ice water and leave for about 5-10 minutes The shells should come off easily!! 3. Slice cucumber and add a bit of salt and leave it for about 5 minutes to squeeze out the water 4. Make crispy bacon Cut bacon and cook in a pan until crispy 5.
