If you want to QUIT SMOKING, alcohol, and other harmful substances 100%:
Lie down in bed with your back touching the floor, the back of your head down, your mouth up, and looking at the ceiling, with your eyes slightly closed, in a calm state, repeat silently 15-20 times for a week that you will quit smoking completely, no matter how much or what you have.
Get enough sleep and get a full night's rest. After six months, you can quit smoking completely if you wish.
