We love animals, but one thing we've learned while traveling is to always respect the warning signs. Squirrels may look incredibly cute (and my daughter, our certified animal lover, definitely wanted to pet one ☺️), but sometimes the friendliest-looking creatures are the ones you should admire from a distance. If you're hiking at the Grand Canyon, here's a simple tip: never feed or touch the squirrels. Surprisingly, they're considered one of the park's most dangerous animals because of the number of bites they cause each year.
